Water Recycling

The Dyna water recycling system is a simple system consisting of two filtering stages. The first stage is a flip wall; which prevents big particles plugging the recycling filter. The second stage is the rotary Dyna filter, which screens the water to the HPT high-pressure pump Due to the simple two-stage recycling system (500 micron) operation with recycling mode is possible in heavily silted canals where other multi-stage fine filtering 200 micron recycling systems plug up (necessary with plunger type high-pressure pumps). Vac Pack

Installation of a Vac Pack simplifies the integration of a vacuum pump in a vacuum truck. The vacuum packs are ready to be mounted on a truck. Hydraulic drives are most common, but mechanical drive arrangements can be supplied. Vacuum packs are pre-assembled in a frame with mounting brackets and include a sealed water tank, particle separator, intercooler silencers, pressure/vac change-over facility, drainage pipes and valves plus automatic lubrication. The Vac Pack with the Electric Motor Drive is mounted on a platform.
